Road Trip

Is there a certain time your school has class reunions? I don’t know how you do it, but here the class reunions are held during our Potato Blossom Festival the third week of July. In some areas they call it Homecoming.

This year my class is having a big class reunion. About eight or ten of us locals have been meeting monthly planning the event. The other day, four of us took a little road trip to get some supplies.

First stop.

We had the aisle all to ourselves.

Doing some ‘goes-in-tas’ to decide which is the best deal. Look at the muscles!! My wrist still isn’t up to lifting that much. I just lifted my camera and credit card!!

Who knew there were so many different kinds of paper plates?!!

Do you think we should get ketchup?

What else is on the list?

The checkout line was kind of long, but it moved quite quickly.

Next stop, Christmas Tree Shops and checking online for a better buy. Finding the right size table cloth.

Time to re-energize.

We’ve gone hi-tech. Figuring out the tabletop cash register!! They didn’t have these gadgets back in our day when we were in high school!!

A couple other stops before heading north. A successful road trip!!

Proverbs 2:8-9 “For he guards the course of the just and protects the way of his faithful ones. Then you will understand what is right and just and fair—every good path.”
